pushing debian-specific patches upstream

Me and James started the effort of pushing how many debian-specific
patches upstream before the forthcoming release of vim 7.

In trunk/vim7/patches/pushed-upstream.txt you can find a list of which
patches have been recently requested for inclusion to bram and/or
maintainers before the release of vim 7.

So:
1) if you don't know what to do for 10 minutes have a look at that file,
at which patches aren't still been pushed upstream, and send a nice
mail asking for the inclusion of a patch :-)
The policy (suggested by Bram) is to mail the maintainer of the
patched file Cc-ing Bram. If it fails to respond in reasonable time
we can consider adopting the patched file signaling this to Bram. I
suggested to put this list as the maintainer in that case.
2) if you are the one lucky guy who will integrate in the vim7/ branch
the next snapshot, beware that all the patches which are listed in
pushed-upstream.txt need to be screened to see if they have been
   applied upstream

Happy vim hacking.
