upload of vim7 to experimental?

I made a couple of commits and I'm making people here at the debcamp
testing the package. I feel like we can upload the current svn version
first to experimental, then we can call for "testing" and then go ahead
with the unstable upload.

James, could you please take care of the experimental upload? Here at
the debcamp the network keep on being really terrible ...
