Sorry, this changes were not meant to be committed, I did 'svn commit'
in a directory too high in the hierarchy. Anyhow they should do no arm,
they basically ships a "vim registry" file in the vim-latexsuite
package. Registry files will probably be needed in all vim related
packages if we decide to accept my proposal for handling vim addons.

Franz, let me know if you want me to rollback this commit or not.
