Maintainance of php syntax file for vim

Great to hear this!

The usual way of doing this is taking the file, working on it, and send
an updated version to Bram stating that you're willing to take over
maintenance. Each time you send an updated version to Bram he will
include it in next versions of vim.

If you need a repository or something for versioning, we can offer the
pkg-vim project on alioth and give you svn access.
