Bug#354054: Octave indenting

Vim doesn't currently have an indent script for octave files which is
why the automatic indenting via = doesn't work. The example code posted
indented fine for me under the setup below as I typed it but doesn't
indent properly after-the-fact. I'm downgrading this to wishlist in
case someone sees it and decides they want to implement such an indent
script.

$ cat test.vim
filetype indent on

$ vim -u test.vim test.m
