Asciidoc syntax highlighting for vim

You can keep on shipping the files as you have done so far. This, I
presume, means shipping the files under /usr/share/vim/addons/ in the
appropriate subdirs.

The only thing you've to add is the .yaml file describing your addon,
then your users will simply have to add "vim-addons enable asciidoc" (if
"asciidoc" is a name you like for your addon). For examples of .yaml
files describing vim addons you can look in the appropriate policy
chapter or in other addons shipping packages, like "vim-scripts".
