Hello,

thank you for maintaining vim ♥♥♥ !

There is a problem in the changelog plugin: when I press \o to create a
new entry, it will fail with these error messages:

  E116: Invalid arguments for function append
  line   20:
  E121: Undefined variable: p
  E116: Invalid arguments for function cursor
