vim7.1 snapshot packages

Whatever, pros/cons in both: 7.1~beta is clearer since everyone (even
people not familiar with vim's upstream habits) knows what a "beta" is;
on the contrary 7.1~b is more consistent with vim upstream versioning.
No strong opinion on this from my side.
