How to package additional .vim files?

Hi vim maintainers!

I just packaged editmoin [1], a tool I can't live without. :)

This also provides a moin.vim syntax file. However, I wonder where
would be the correct place to ship this. Currently I use

  /usr/share/vim/vimcurrent/syntax/

but this (1) belongs to a package and (2) could give trouble if
someone installs editmoin first and vim afterwards. In the latter
case, the editmoin package would create /usr/share/vim/vimcurrent/ as
a directory, while vim would expect to create a symlink for it,
doesn't do it because it already exists as a directory, and thus
vimcurrent/ would be empty (except for moin.vim).

Thanks in advance for any hint!

Martin
