Bug#486297: vim-common is not the problem, vim-runtime is

Sorry, I was a bit hasty in making my report.  What's causing vim to be
removed now is vim-runtime.  Vim depends on version 1:7.1.293-3, but the
current version of vim-runtime in sid is 1:7.1.314-1.  Sorry.
