Then this is a combination of Cairo (which both vim-gtk and vim-gnome
use) recently having the OpenGL bindings enabled and a strange bug in
the nVidia OpenGL driver.  Andreas mentions in the other bug that
version of the nVidia driver in unstable isn't affected and the next
upstream release aren't affected, so hopefully he'll be able to get it
packaged soon.
