Bug#624805: syntax/debcontrol.vim: support for architecture wildcards

The attached patch adds support for architecture wildcards in 
syntax/debcontrol.vim. Please note that I also removed "kfreebsd-gnu" 
from the regex, which is (AFAICT) neither a valid architecture name nor 
a valid architecture wildcard.
