Bug#872360: vim: please support Testsuite field in debian/control

debian/control can have a field named "Autopkgtest", please don't mark
it as an error.

Accpeted values are "autpkgtest" as well as several
"autopkgtest-pkg-{python,ruby,...}" coming from autodep8.
