Bug#263879: asterisk: Can't be restarted after a kill -9 or other sudden termination

The stop script only calls "asterisk -rx 'stop now'" rather than use
start-stop-daemon. This will hang forever if asterisk was not running.
It managed to hang my installation of asterisk once or twice.

No attempt is made to kill it in case of a hang. No attempt is made to
check beforehand if it is running.
