alternate asterisk configs

Does anyone have a package which provides asterisk-config-custom and
installs what asterisk-config puts in /usr/share/doc/asterisk-config
and an empty /etc/asterisk?

I'm putting together a couple of simple, single purpost asterisk servers
and want to avoid any config interference.

The fact that asterisk depends on asterisk-config | asterisk-config-custom
helps (thank you!), but I do like having the example configs for reference.
