You're trying to fool me, aren't you?

I've tried network-manager and I can't see how to add a network block to my 
wpa_supplicant.conf, I can't see how to watch the Event History of 
wpa_supplicant etc. etc. So saying it would provide wpa_gui's functionality 
is simply wrong!

Don't get me wrong: Network manager seems to be a very useful and powerful 
application. Maybe one day I will start using it (not before there is a KDE 
frontend and a frontend to be used in a console). It is not a replacement for 
wpa_gui! They are trying to do very different things.
