Since it was me that wrote that on xen-users, I feel I should point out that
I'm not involved in packaging Xen for Debian, and really, really don't speak
for the Xen packaging team when it comes to why 3.1 packages aren't out. 
I'm just saying this in case anyone misinterprets my words above as being
some sort of official position statement or anything.
