This looks like the tdb file (the xenstore db backend) has gotten
corrupted somehow causing xenstored to crash (which isn't a terribly
useful reaction).

Since there is no persistent data in xenstore you could try removing (or
moving aside) /var/lib/xenstored/tdb.

It might be worth fsck'ing your filesystem and otherwise checking your
disk integrity -- those IO Errors are slightly worrying.
