Package: xen-utils-common
Version: 4.1.2-1
Severity: important

Even if XEN is not used, its script /etc/xen/scripts/vif-bridge is called by
UDEV
and it adds every tap interface to the bridge of the virtual network.
It breaks normal work of openvpn.
