What do do regarding the freeze?

So, the freeze is approaching, and all our packages in unstable look
like they will make it into testing in time. But what should we do
about the changes in git now? Try to get them past the release
managers into Jessie, or hold them back and upload to experimental in
the mean time? Or is there a better alternative I fail to see?

The changes so far are these:

libvorbis:

The changes to libvorbis is probably possible to get past the release
managers. I am more unsure about vorbis-tool, as the changes at first
sight seem to be quite extensive. In reality, it is partly patch
renaming and a few new patches. Martin, do you feel like trying to
get the vorbis-tools changes past the release managers? Their freeze
policy can be found at
<URL: https://release.debian.org/jessie/freeze_policy.html >. I
suspect that will be easier if the patch renaming is undone to make it
easier for the release managres to see the real changes, but do not
speak for the release managers and do not really know if they are.

The latest vorbis-tools upload to unstable already propagated to
testing. The latest libvorbis upload will propagate tomorrow.
