How should we update the uploaders list (Was: Call for help with fixing Xiph packages in Debian)

No idea. Anyway, which practical difference would it make to have the 
change "only" in the unstable/testing versions of the packages, but not 
in Jessie? The BTS and PTS would pick it up anyway, right?
