No, this is a wrong address.  Which website do you refer to in your
first sentence?
Ours is http://po4a.alioth.debian.org/
which has a link to
   http://po4a.alioth.debian.org/getinvolved.php.en
You should write to po4a-devel instead of po4a-commits.

I do not know how to get your translations from Transifex, maybe the
simplest solution is to request an account on Alioth so that you can
commit your translations directly into our SVN repository?  If this is
not convenient, you can of course send your translation to our
mailing-list, someone will commit it.
