Mmmmh, this is quite unpractical...
I'm going to go mad, if I have to create an account (and remember a
password!) for the upstream issue tracker of *each and every* Debian
package I use and report bugs for!

This is one of the primary reasons why I love the Debian BTS: no need to
register or create accounts, you just need to have a working e-mail
address and you can report bugs and interact with the system!
