[Python-apps-team] RFS: catfish

Could someone please sponsor the package catfish from the PAPT SVN? The
previous maintainer has been inactive for many years (and has said he
doesn't have time to maintain it). If the changelog should be simpler,
removing all the lines beneath the "closes" line should suffice. There is
one lintian warning (with many hits) that should be fixed in the next
upstream release.
