[Python-modules-team] Bug#486931: python-qt4: Python plugins for Qt Designer don't work anymore

After upgrading from python-qt4 4.3.3 python plugins don't work anymore. 
Not just mine, but also those distributed with the examples in python-qt4-doc.
The "About Plugins" dialog in Designer shows that libpythonplugin.so is loaded
but the palette doesn't show any Python widget
