[Python-modules-team] newer upstream release of pyxdg packaged at mentors

Hello Piotr,

For your information, there is a newer upstream release of pyxdg packaged at
mentors waiting for a sponsor.
http://mentors.debian.net/package/pyxdg

I see some previous uploads were marked "team upload" by people not in
"Maintainer" and not in "Uploaders".  How can a sponsor verify who is in the
team and therefor allowed to do use "team upload" ?
