[Python-modules-team] Please upload dak command granting me upload permissions for pyfribidi

Hello, 

  You've previously approved to add DMUA field to pyfribidi package for 
  me. Since there have been changes to Debian Maintainer upload 
  permissions, I hope you would upload the dak command granting me 
  upload permission for pyfribidi.
