During a rebuild of all Debian packages in a clean sid chroot (using cowbuilder
and pbuilder) the build failed with the following error.

The full build log is attached - I'm wondering whether there might have been
changes to some python build tool as #751056 also has an issue with
usr/share/pyshared.
