[Python-modules-team] build failure of python-numpy 1.8.1~rc1-1

Dear modules team,

please take a look at the build failures for this packages as it blocks
the fix for #737778 to enter sid/testing. It seems like the clean target
requires sphinxdoc to be run so maybe it should be moved back to
Build-Depends.
