Hi,

the Debian Qt/KDE team is trying to reduce the Qt4 usage in the archive,
with the goal of removing Qt4 in Buster [1]. On top of that, Poppler
upstream is going to drop the poppler-qt4 binding at the end of this
year [2].

Since the only user of python-poppler-qt4 was frescobaldi, which
migrated already to Qt5 (including poppler-qt5), what do you think
about removing python-poppler-qt4? This would also avoid to be used
again in the meanwhile.

I can file a RM bug, if you agree.
