Recently reportbug fails to query the BTS on bugs of linux-2.6.

The symptom is reportbug printing

Querying Debian BTS for reports on linux-2.6 (source)...

then waiting quite a while and printing

Unable to connect to Debian BTS; continue [y|N|?]? 

Since it works for other packages this is not a network conection issue.
