[Reportbug-maint] Bug#591000: reportbug -N ignores reassignments

Hi,

Using `reportbug -N nnn` and then pressing `x` to provide additional
information, reportbug ignores bug reassignments and then queries
information about the package which the bug was initially reported
against instead of the one it currently applies to.
