The 'Do any of the following apply to this report?' GTK UI allows the user to
select from a list.

Once a selection has been made there is no way to get back to the nothing
selected state. This means that the user has the option of clicking [Continue]
to move on with incorrect info in the report or [Cancel] to restart the report.
