[Reportbug-maint] Bug#625229: reportbug: make dialog for attaching a patch more clear

After I enter patch filename, I get the same prompt, asking to enter the filename. This makes it seem like my attachment wasn't successful.

Maybe you can change it to some along the lines "Enter another patch".
