This package has to be especially user-friendly in order not to discourage users an ANY level from reporting bugs and giving Debian feedback. For many users, reportbug will be the only feedback Debian will get, and if the app itself isn't smooth, it's a potential real turn-ff. Consider that a user usually only gets to report bug due to a frustration, and if reportbug itself is a source of frustration it could very well be 'the last straw' for that user.

years and years of users of any level had no problem in getting the
'?' as the help option to choose in case of need. You're the first one
to report such issue, so I don't think we need to fix the application.

Please also note that reportbug is NOT meant to help users, but it's
meant to help bug reporters in reporting valuable bugs, that
maintainers can understand and use to fix problems. It seems a similar
description, but it's kinda the opposite.
