[Reportbug-maint] Bug#674618: What I think?

Now I got answer why Dedian goes better so slowly and gets new
versions so rarely.

Softwares, operating systems etc. have very often persons called
"end-user." Have Debian these "end users"? They may edit videos,
photos, maybe do programs for they own purposes etc.. They don't use
computer only to do operating system. But they may find bugs which
doesn't show to normal user but may visit in some uses. Are these bugs
so stupid things that these are one part of (good) operating system?
