reportbug includes the above lines in its template. As it says "Dear
Maintainer" at the top I thought those lines were aimed at the
maintainers of packages whose bugs I was reporting, but the messages
actually seem to be aimed at the reporter and I was told by a maintainer
that I should remove them. Perhaps the "Dear Maintainer," is supposed to
be separate? In which case I think it should either be removed or
separated with a blank line, and the first line of the template should
be changed to:
