When I start reportbug for the first time, I am asked whether I have a "mail
transport agent". The default answer is Y.

I suggest that the default answer to this question should be N.

Reasons for this suggestion:

* A novice (desktop) user usually does not have a configured MTA and does not
even know what a MTA is. He is not able to answer this question in the correct
way.
* An user that has a configured MTA will usually understand this question and
is able to say Y even if the default option is N.
* There should be no problem with N even if there is a MTA.
