Dear Maintainer,

   * What led up to the situation?
installing software (apt-get update, apt-get install)
running reportbug to report a bug for that software
   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?
   * What was the outcome of this action?
reportbug tells me there is a new version...
   * What outcome did you expect instead?
reportbug should check if I use stable/testing.. and not bug me with new
version...
