[Reportbug-maint] Bug#864157: reportbug: reportbug not starting with GUI, only CLI working

Dear Maintainer,

on my system reportbug does not start from the menu. This problem already existed in 7.1.6,
maybe even in earlier versions 7.1.X, I am not sure about that.
The same problem also arose some time last year with older versions but got solved in the meantime.

The command in menu is reportbug --exit-prompt --ui gtk2
Using this command in terminal I get 
Ignored bogus setting for --ui: gtk2
like in bug #653183 except that in my case python-gtk2 is installed.
