Hi,

Whilst working on the "reproducible builds" effort [0], we noticed that
gnupg could not be built reproducibly.

The attached patch removes timestamps from the "yat2m" manpage
generator. Once applied, gnupg can be built reproducibly using our
reproducible toolchain.
