Hi,

Whilst working on the "reproducible builds" effort [0], we noticed that buzztrax could not be built reproducibly.

The attached patch removes varying timestamps from the build system in favour of SOURCE_DATE_EPOCH. Once applied, buzztrax can be built reproducibly using our reproducible toolchain.
