there are no reproducible packages in Debian at all so far… that's why.

reproducible.debian.net is showing _theoretical_ things, for these to become 
reality in practice a few more patches need to be merged (and some changes to 
the infrastricture are needed too). This is documented in the Debian wiki 
pages about Reproducible builds.
