[Reproducible-builds] Moving away from reproducible builds…

Hi!

For various reasons, I am going to move away from reproducible builds in
the next months. I intend to seriously reduce my involvement at the end
of my contract with the Linux Foundation at the end of April.

I'm trying to make an inventory of my current responsibilities so others
could take over.

I've already stepped down from maintaining diffoscope [1]. I'll be
happy to give ownership of the domain name away. Meanwhile it's probably
possible to set up write access to the website. There's also mailing
list to moderate, and ownership on PyPI that I need to transfer.

The lists.reproducible-builds.org mailing lists are currently hosted on
a server I co-maintain. It's not much more work given we have the
infrastructure, so I can probably continue doing that, but if someone
else has a working Mailman installation, I'll be happy to send the data
files.

Debian specific:

If people would like to go on with weekly reports, I'd be happy to help
others get started. I believe most of the procedure to be written
down [2], but obvious stuff is probably missing. Working on the report
produces more than just the report: its also reviewing changes, closing
or re-opening bug reports, etc. I think they've taken me between
3 to 8 hours each week. Perfect English is not required as we have a
wonderful community on IRC willing to review them. In case no one step
up, I'll stop after the 52nd report covering April 17th-23rd.

Moderation of the reproducible-builds@ mailing list is also up for
adoption.
