The saga of never-ending delays is continuing.  The latest is that the
Cello boards will finally ship at the end of March, but I guess we'll
see.

Note that I'm leaving HPE at the end of this month, but the Cello
boards should be shipped directly to Switzerland so hopefully there
won't be any issues.  I've asked my HPE colleagues to email me when
the Cello boards are shipping.
