Some more additions/changes:

Option -q (quiet) disables the printing of comments. Just the devices
that have been found.

Option -v can be used more then once. With -v -v the SCSI inquiry
printing is enabled.

An explicitely given device name is tested for "usb", "uscanner" and
"ugen" before deciding how to handle it. This test can be deactivated
by option -f (force).

The libusb scan is disabled for explicitely given devices.
