[sane-devel] hp usb scanner help

sane-find-scanner doesn't depend on the hpoj version. If it doesn't
find a USB scanner, it wasn't detected by the kernel in most cases.
Did you try as root? Please show us the output of 
"sane-find-scanner -v -v" and "cat /proc/bus/usb/devices" (both as
root).

I have no idea about that specific scanner but all USB scanners should
be detected by sane-find-scanner even if they are not supported.
