[sane-devel] xsane and scanimage crashes

It would seem that there are bugs in the avision backend for certain
versions of certain hp machines. You are unlucky enough to own such a
machine. There has been some discussion of reverting some recent
changes and see if the situation improves. Are you willing to test
patches?
