Hi,
I am building a system with an fujitsu ix500 connected to an Raspberry PI
running sane and scanbd.
I have one issue scanning pages longer than 14 Inches. The scanner stops
scanning after reading about 14Inces of the page.

scanimage -Version
scanimage (sane-backends) 1.0.25git; backend version 1.0.25

sane-config --version
1.0.25

export SANE_DEBUG_FUJITSU=25
scanimage -d "fujitsu:ScanSnap iX500:62664" --source "ADF Duplex" --mode
color --resolution 150 > test.pmn 2>scanimage.log

Attached the gzipped log.

It looks like the ix500 has an special mode for handling long pages:
http://scansnapcommunity.com/tips-tricks/9501-scanning-a-page-longer-than-14-inches-using-your-ix500/

Is there a possibility to use this mode within sane, or are there other
ideas how to scan long documents ?

Thanks for your help
Regards
Matthias
