How do I use the Debian refpolicy repository?

It seems you are not using git-buildpackage anymore, are you planning to return?

Attached are a few patches for the Debian packaging:

build.conf.default.patch
- enable SYSTEM and therefore disable DIRECT_INITRC

build.conf.mls.patch
- sync mls build.conf with default ones, except the mls option

policygentool.patch
- convert to python3
- fix some pylint issues

postrm.policy.patch
- issue warning when removing policy without deactivating it in
/etc/selinux/config
